Within the Screenings section, users can effortlessly check the status of their ongoing screening processes.

Screenings list

Well-structured the most relevant information is provided on the first sight, showing the name of the screened party, the number of results found associated with the party and the status.
Additionally, users have the ability to begin a new screening by simply clicking on the "New Screening" button located in the top right corner of the screen. HOW TO [link to handling]

Screenings details

Every screening has a dedicated screen where additional details are displayed and where compliance officers can manage the results found after a successful screening.

Starting on top with the summary, the inserted information while initiating a first screening for a party. Followed by the results section, that can either be empty when no results were found or can provide a table with the results.
After results were found, they are all stored in the unresolved tab, and the compliance department is able to categorise the findings by marking them as: Positive, False-positive, Possible or keep the result as unresolved.

Underneath the result section, is a section where the counterparties can be linked to this screening and where the list of linked counterparties is displayed.

As usual LYNKS is tracking the changes and the actions on the screening in it’s dedicated audit log.

Results details

By selecting a result, each one can be examined closer by reviewing it’s details.
