Incoming payments

The Incoming Payments section provides dedicated functionality for managing SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) collections, enabling creditors to initiate and monitor incoming payment flows from debtor accounts. This specialized section separates direct debit management from outgoing payments, providing focused tools for collection workflows and mandate-based payment initiation.

Direct debit collections are created through the LYNKS API and managed through the platform interface, allowing users to monitor collection progress, review individual direct debits, track authorization workflows, and manage collection lifecycles from initiation through settlement.
